What we’re about
Founded in February 2024, the purpose of the Quiz & Puzzle Club Zurich (QuiPZ) is to give people the opportunity to create and solve puzzles ("Rätseln") and quizzes in a sociable atmosphere. We hold regular free puzzle and quiz evenings that anyone can attend (particularly the Alehouse Pub Quiz and the Zurich chapter of Puzzled Pint), as well as a smaller number of paid for and members-only events. More about QuiPZ
The Alehouse Pub Quiz is Zurich's friendliest pub quiz and takes place every Sunday at 6.30pm. 5 rounds of general knowledge, nothing too obscure, presented by a revolving cast of hosts. More about the Alehouse Quiz
Puzzled Pint is a casual, social puzzle solving event which takes place on the 2nd Tuesday of every month in multiple cities around the world. The puzzles tend to have a number of parts and may incorporate traditional puzzles like crosswords, word searches, cryptograms, word play and logic problems. More about Puzzled Pint

See all- Weekly Pub Quiz at The AlehouseThe Alehouse, Zürich
Come and join us at The Alehouse for Zurich's friendliest English-speaking pub quiz at 6.30pm every Sunday. A few rounds of general knowledge questions plus a music or picture round, and nothing (too) obscure, so fun for everyone no matter what your first language is.
Do I need to book or RSVP?
It's always worth reserving a table for your team directly with The Alehouse https://www.alehouse.ch/#reservations (make sure you tell them you're coming for the quiz). Note: an RSVP on MeetUp would be helpful to give an idea of interest but will not guarantee you a space!
Do I need a team?
Grab a few friends and come along as a group, or if you come solo then just talk to the quizmaster and they should be able to find you a friendly team to join for the evening. Maximum recommended team size of 6 people, please!
Does The Alehouse serve food?
Yep, you can find the menu online if you want to check it out in advance.
