Mix&Mingle + Intro to Group Reiki/Muscle Relaxation Progression

For our first meet up, we'll engage in a 20 minute mix and mingle followed by an intro to group Reiki and progression muscle relaxation. Let’s calm our mind, connect with our body, and release some emotional blockages.

There is a $15 group donation fee for events to help support the space as I lease it for our groups. But it finances are a difficulty for you, I still would like you to come regardless of paying.
