Forest Bathing is the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku. This is a meditation practice in nature using your five major senses to connect, ground and heal your mind, body and soul.
Come explore the forest with me and see the world as children do-with fresh eyes and open hearts.
We'll start with some gentle stretches to ease into the session, followed by a short meditation to awaken your senses to the beauty around us.
From there, we'll take a mindful, unhurried walk, allowing nature to guide our steps.
Afterward, we'll sit quietly for a few minutes, observing the forest's quiet rhythms, without the distractions of technology.
Then we will finish with a nature journaling session to reflect on our experience, whether this is through drawing or writing.
