Sunday, December 15th, 2024 @6:00 pm
The vegan, gluten-free dinner will be given freely to the first 18 people who sign up.
Why is this happening?
• Eating plant-based food reduces pollution and saves water and the planet.
• Sharing a meal with neighbors helps build community and a sense of belonging.
• Becoming vegan reduces inflammation and can lengthen telomeres.
• Inspired by the book The Art of Community: Seven Principles for Belonging by Charles Vogl
