All are welcomed to come and relax and rejuvenate ourselves through the practice of yoga nidra and sound therapy.
*Yoga nidra which is also know as the yogic sleep- a deep relaxation and stress reduction technique.
*sound therapy is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies by penetration every cell in our bodies with vibration.
-lets go on a journey of self discovery to find our true selves through sound and meditation. you will be guided through a deep meditation where we will go through our body part by part tensing and releasing all the major muscle groups, bringing your body and mind into a deep meditative state of total relaxation. followed by a full sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls.
*sound baths help to improve sleep, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, balance both sides of the brain (for maximum function),deepen relaxation, cleans your aura, and balance the energy centers in our bodies.
