HI Dear Meditators,
Himanshu, Divya and Kanak invite you to join them on Tuesday evenings at the Woden Library Community Room 2, from 6.45pm to 7.45pm. They will introduce you to Sahaja Yoga Meditation and show you how you can practice this at home.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple and effective technique that helps you to achieve the experience of mental stillness and know the true self that lies within.
Each week there will be a short introduction, led and silent meditations and meditations with music.
If you are interested they can also provide you with daily 10 minute meditations, that can be sent by email or to your phone, to help you sustain this experience throughout the week.
- Suitable for complete beginners and regulars.
- Join at any time even if you miss a session.
- No strenuous physical exercises, postures or special clothing required.
- All classes are free.
