Anne Andrews, LMT, MA #38362, a 2003 graduate from the Florida School of Massage, Registered Ortho-Bionomy® Practitioner and Bones for Life® Trainer. Having experienced chronic debilitating pain herself, Anne has great empathy for people who are in pain. In her experience Anne has found that combining her knowledge and skills in Ortho-Bionomy® and Bones for Life® has been very effective in alleviating chronic pain and postural issues and introducing new options of movement that are pain free. Ortho-Bionomy and Bones for Life can be very effective for many things including but not limited to recovering from injuries, surgeries, and relieving stress and pain, posture, and address bone health issues. Her passion for teaching the Bones for Life program comes through in her classes providing a fun and engaging learning environment. Anneis an approved Massage Therapy CE credit Provider for Florida and National.

On November 20th we will be celebrating the Goddesses Durga and Kali. These two deities allow us to explore boundaries. Durga reminds us that we can be strong and confident. She gives us permission to say no without guilt and shame. We will experiment with asking for what we need, and we will practice saying no with grace.
The goddess Kali ma is a form that spawned out of Durga's 3rd eye when she needed to express her sacred rage. Kali is a divine feminine archetype that is misunderstood. Even though she appears in a scary form, she is known to be the most compassionate goddess of them all. She is not afraid to cut away what no longer serves. She helps us become unapologetically ourselves.
This ceremony promises to allow us to be our authentic selves.
Please bring something you would like to let go of. This may be a letter to someone who you need to express your truth to, an item that reminds you of a person/situation that needs to be released, or an something that represents an old identity that needs to be shed.

Join us every 3rd Wednesday of the month as we discover, embody, and worship the sacred divine feminine.

Every month we dedicate our ceremony to a goddess that will help us celebrate the energy of that particular month and astrological sign. This class will be in a ceremonal format that will help us commune with an ancient goddess and divine feminine archetype. Each of these goddesses archetypes live within us no matter if we are female or male. Each Goddess will trigger some sort of response in us, and these ceremonies will help us heal from the wounds of our past and regain a sense of empowerment. In our Goddess rising ceremonies, we will all build an altar to the Goddess of the month and participate in creative exercises and rituals that will help us to live harmoniously and empowered with our authentic feminine wisdom.

Both women and men are welcome. For women, we will embrace you with innate feminine wisdom and power. This class will assist you to feel confident, beautiful and comfortable in your skin. This course will allow you to feel celebrated in who you truly are!

For men, this class will help you understand feminine energy within and out. If you are looking to better your relationship or looking to bring in a new and healthy relationship, this class will help you understand how to be a better partner to the feminine. As we worship the feminine, we learn how to hold space, rather than try to “fix.”

Our Intuition wants to be used for more than an Emergency Alert System. The only way to build a relationship with it so that it is working with you is to play with it. Engage with it. Listen to it and strengthen its ability to be heard by you as you get used to actually using it for more than a fire alarm.

Rudolph Steiner and Carl Jung are both on record sharing that if we practice just 10 minutes a day we can build our psychic senses to be as strong as our physical.

In this class we are going to have playtime with our intuition. Each month we are going to bring in a new tool from ancient spiritual to modern traditions - this could be using crystals, runes, tarot, meditation, psychic awareness, reiki, understanding our auras, or learning how our noses help us be more intuitive! And we are going to play with that tool and our intuition to help us become more aware and discerning of all the information inputs around us and our psychic senses. But most importantly we are going to have fun!
