Hello Bay Area Welcome to Diet for wellbeing
A fun club dedicated to serve our wellbeing🙏
Where we do activities by different volunteers who are part of Bhakti Tradition (Ancient Way of living wisdom) for our wellbeing starting from
-Food (Conscious cooking & Eating) Vegetarian spiritual food,
-Kirtan (ancient mantra song to disconnect from outer noise and connect deeply within).
-Yoga (Body movement).
Learn to elevate Conciousness & Art of living a Mindfull life with like minded people.
