Daily meetup for women interested in fat loss and muscle gain. You can join classes online or in-person. Located in Sarasota, Florida but streaming everywhere.
Working out together as a team gets the job done! We are all making progress, we plan our workouts so there is no guesswork for you. I've had many friends tell me they have exercised excessively in past years and never had results until they joined our group!
We go over modifications for beginners or persons with injuries but we also mention ways to take it up for those who are ready. Join us! We love having new friends in the group! Thanks, Beth Golden
