Let’s Dance 💃🕺 💃 Club Tropicana and Venga

Come and throw some shapes on the dancefloor. 80s and 90s disco at its best. I haven’t quite finalised the details but I’m thinking we’ll meet in a bar nearby (TBD) at 20:00 then head to the club for around 22:00. It’s looking like it will need to be a block booking which I’ll make and will cost around £6/£7 per head depending on numbers. This will secure us a table for the night.

If there is enough interest I can increase the numbers.

TERRAIN
Flat but could be a bit sticky underfoot.

Wherever your dancing feet take you 👣

WALK STATS
Distance: Possibly a few miles between the dance floor and the bar
Ascent: Back up the stairs to streetlevel for taxis home
Time: 20:00 - 03:00

SUITABILITY/PARTICIPATION STATEMENT
You are responsible for deciding if dancing is suitable for you, coming adequately prepared and looking after yourself on the dancefloor.

No responsibility will be held by the organisers for lost coats, phones, shoes or dignity.

The Scottish Hillwalkers and Activities Group recognises that dancing is an activity with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions on the dance floor.

PACE
You must have the fitness and stamina to complete all night dancing without difficulty. We will dance as a group.

CLOTHING & EQUIPMENT
You must ensure that you come adequately prepared for dancing. High heels probably best avoided.

If you can't make it, change your RSVP to NO to allow someone else to take your place on the dance floor.

GROUP ETHOS
Please remember the organiser is not the leader of the conga. We conga AS A GROUP. If you don't like the sound of that, perhaps the conga is not for you :-)
