This ride has a voluntary donation for the suppoting services to QCH as per below, all donations very much appreciated 🤗

Lets head westerly to checkout the rural vista, take in some lovely views, enjoy some not so winding roads and go for a relaxing lunch.

The ride is limited to 25 people. Please let us know if you are intending to carry a pillion. The ride will be approximately 260 km's round trip with a mid fuel stop (91 and 98 only).

We'll meet at the Kenmore Ampol Foodary, 888 Moggill Rd. at 9.00 so we can fuel up (please leave with a full tank), meet and greet with stands up at 9.30 am.

**If you are a person who has to ride hard and fast then this ride is not for you**

For riders who have held their RE open licence for more than a year, it would help greatly if you are willing to accompany any learner riders in your area to the meet point, during the ride and back home after the ride. Thanks to all that volunteer for this task.

If the weather is bad the ride will be postponed to another day with notification in the group chat prior to 7.00am

1st stop, Fun roads out of Brissy and through Ippy and beyond to Lowood to empty the morning coffee, have a stretch and maybe raid the bakery @ 63 Main st.

2nd stop, Few open straight roads with a couple of bends to keep us awake through to Esk………….

3rd stop, From Esk we’ll have a nice section to sit back n relax prior to a bit of soft edges into Toogoolawah Exchange Hotel for a feed 🍔 and a refreshment, maybe two 😉

4th Post lunch fuel for those who need then head north, east and south with a stop at the Somerset Dam Lookout, for a dam good view, 2320 Esk Kilcoy Rd.

5th and final stop, Mihi Tavern in Brassall for a beverage and farewells 🙂

Please note that some roads can be a bit bumpy in places and can be quite a workout with a few sharp corners, please ride safely and at your own pace, we will wait for you no matter what! Corner markers will be required. Generally the corner marker will be the rider behind the leader...if you don't want to corner mark, please don't be in the first 4 or so riders...if you are a corner marker, please don't leave the corner until the TEC gets to you, no matter how long it takes.

**YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AT ALL TIMES**

...ride to your ability...ride in staggered formation when you're around other bikes and safe to do so. Keep up if you can but don't ride faster or harder than you're comfortable with... if you fall back, that's fine...you won't be left behind just stay on the road you're on and you’ll find the next corner marker at the next turning point or change of direction... All planned stops are listed above...if separated you then have some idea of where you can head to, please message via Meetup if this happens...
