SF Sketchers

Let's visit the newly opened San Francisco Flower Market! Stalls of colorful plants, cut flowers, and workers in action inside the 2-story building.

10:00 Meet promptly at 10am, at the corner of 17th and Mississippi Streets, under the "SF Flower Market" marquee. We will go in together, max. number of 15.

11:45 We'll gather upstairs (the parking lot) to share our work !

Easy access by bus, car or bike. Street parking.

Sketchers please note:
We have permission to bring in a group of 15 sketchers (max).
If your name is on the YES list, your'e in.
Let us know if you're canceling so a WAITLIST name can be contacted.

No portable stools are allowed, only stand-up sketching along the sides. This is a place of active wholesale business.

Please make a purchase of supplies, or flowers, at the end of our sketch session to support the new market and businesses.

The Palace of Fine Arts is a spectacular location with a huge, beautiful dome. We have a reporter from KPIX/CBS News coming to do a story about why we LOVE Urban Sketching! Please set up under the dome so you can be filmed. Tell every sketcher you know to attend so we have a big group. Meet at 10 am.

Start your Monday sketching with pencil, pen or watercolor. We'll take turns posing for seven minutes each with a different theme each week. We are always fully clothed. At the end of each session we share our work.
Beginning or experienced artists are welcome.

We'll do every Monday from 9AM - 11AM.

IMPORTANT!
You will receive an email with the Zoom link, so make sure that Meetup.com has your correct email address. Also check that your Settings are turned on to receive Mailing list messages "As they are sent" (it's the last one on the list of email settings).
