Baltimore Kibbitz Jewish 20's-40's Happy Hour - November 21, 2024

Join us at Mobtown Brewing in the heart of Brewer’s Hill for a relaxed happy hour where Shalom Social Club will bring you a night of tasty local beverages and even better company.

We’ll be gathering in Mobtown’s tasting room/bar space in Brewer's Hill. We’ll kick off at 6 PM with a fun group activity, so come ready to connect with fellow Tribespeople and enjoy a fun evening of good conversation.

Try flights of Mobtown Brewing's diverse beers. We will let you know what food trucks, if any, will be there, but those who keep kosher or have other dietary needs are always welcome to bring their own food.

At 7 PM trivia will begin but Mobtown is plenty big to accommodate folks who just want to keep talking.

Join Shalom Social Club and The Associated’s Jewish Connection Network for a special evening where we’ll be assembling oral hygiene kits for those in need. We’ll meet outside under the heaters (dogs welcome!), so come dressed in layers to stay cozy whether you’re inside or out. 🧣🐶

Event Details:
We’ll kick things off at 6 PM with a fun and meaningful community project—putting together oral hygiene kits to support the unhoused, people in recovery, and others who need help maintaining their health. Thanks to Stephen Fasteau and Fasteau Family Dentistry, we’ll have all the supplies we need for these kits, which include toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, and other essentials. 🪥🦷

Your donation of time (and money to Stephen if you want) will go a long way to improve oral health, prevent dental issues, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those who may not have access to these critical items. 👐💙 Ours will go to an organization in East Baltimore that works with families seeking asylum.

At 7 PM, we’ll gather for a group activity to make more formal introductions and keep the connections flowing. It’s a chance to meet new people and learn more about what we’re all up to in the community! 🤝
Afterward, join us inside at The Back Yard, which is known for its specialty in tinned fish, pizza, and amazing cocktails. We’re also chatting with Dan about a mulled special to warm everyone up. It’s the perfect spot for good conversation and even better company! 🍕🍸
