Slow Flow Yoga with KC Lyons $15
In this class, we will begin with breathwork (pranayama) to begin slowing down and quieting the mind. We will then transition into a slow flow yoga practice with focus on connecting our conscious breath with movement. Moving with ease from one pose (asana) to another, working to improve posture, flexibility, range of motion and balance. This class is designed to create space and ease tension, leaving you feeling relaxed.

K.C.(Karen) Lyons yoga journey began back in 2001 When a friend dragged her to a class. She fell in love with the physical aspect and benefits of yoga initially and over the years has delved deeper into Yoga by being a student of various yoga styles and now she enjoys all the benefits that can be found when practicing yoga. (Yoga has been an integral part of working through grief and managing stress for her.)
In 2023, she decided she was ready to share her passion for yoga and signed up for yoga teacher training with Yogaspirit. She graduated in 2024 and is a certified Yogaspirit teacher.
KC is a wife, a mom to two teens and a dog mom. She works in the Healthcare field as an occupational therapist assistant. Finding time to unwind via yoga or outside mountain biking with her family is key to finding the peace within the chaos for her.
Kc's classes are a mix of form and Flow and she aims to provide a safe place for people to come back to themselves and breathe again.
