Welcome to SIA - Spirits in Action - Spiritual Sisters Unite!
So, first of all, it's important to me that you ladies know that I named this meetup after my sweet sister, Gloria who passed away in July 2024 from a long battle with COPD, in honor of her memory. She is also the reason I quit smoking last Sept. 2023. SIA - Spirit in Action was my nickname for her, as she was so spiritual! :) And her nickname for me was/is: TIA - Tuned in Angel, as we were so tuned into each other and the universe and she named my oldest sister, Loretta, LIA - Love in Action, as she is a retired school teacher of 35 yrs. and embodies LOVE and she also helped to raise me and my 4 siblings. So, we had our 3 nicknames, SIA, TIA & LIA! Isn't that too cute?!! :) And Loretta and I still call each other TIA and LIA to keep her memory alive. So, now you know the back story.
The purpose of this group is: Spiritual growth, motivating, supporting and encouraging each other. To build a tightknit community and a safe space for women to feel comfortable sharing their goals, fears, struggles, triumphs, etc. with no judgment, only compassion. This is a welcoming and empowering community of spiritual sisters interested in personal development, meditation, spiritual healing and basically learning how to live a more happy and peaceful life! :) Our group focuses on supporting each other in our journey towards peace, higher self realization, and mental health. We will hold regular meetups to explore these topics, as well as offer a supportive space for sharing feelings, discussing reality, and developing our spiritual practices. Join us as we unite in sisterhood to uplift and empower each other! :)
