Please meet outside the Stag & Huntsman pub.
The car park behind the pub is now a paid car park, so it is best to find free parking in the village.

We can have a halfway coffee snack stop at an award winning family friendly pub. The interior retains all the character and charm expected from a grade 2 listed period property ... it feels like someones home.

There is a £3 contribution towards meetup costs.

We're branching out into events in Bracknell with the help of our new organiser Lisa who lives there. I will book tickets for Morgan and I to go to help Lisa and show her how we introduce when people arrive at the start. Due to the size of Bier Keller at The Coppid Beech Hotel, we will restrict numbers to the first 20 who book.

(Standing only in Bier Keller). Assume we will need to meet outside the venue so maybe I'll hold a few balloons as one of our other amazing hosts did at an event recently. A brilliant idea to help new people to find the group. Maybe best we meet at 6.45pm before doors open. I'll speak to Lisa and find out if it might be better for us to meet inside the reception of Coppid Beech Hotel as Bier Keller is their bar.

Note: As a condition of entry to the Bier Keller and Après you will be required to provide photo ID. By providing your ID you agree that your information may be used and shared with the police and other authorities. Failure to provide suitable photo ID will result in the refusal of admission. This is what it says on the Skiddle booking information but Lisa says that she has never been asked. Best to be on the safe side though.
Please note that access to Keller & Après cannot be guaranteed unless tickets have been purchased in advance.

Our Next Open Mic Night will be on Fri Nov 29th hosted by Rob from Maidenhead Out and About Meet Up and other members from our group who can come along to help Rob out that evening.

Freedom will be hosting the musicians as as usual at The Stag in Flackwell Heath so please come along and perform yourself if you area a musician or singer.

We are asking anyone who wishes to attend to definitely post a RSVP as others who have attended the same event can find your profile the day after the event to keep in touch with you.

Meet Up have changed their system where you can only see the profiles of those attending the day after the event if you also RSVP unless you have already previously attended the same event at some point. Expect this is a good idea as it feels like the club is more private where people who have not joined cannot see you in the group of where you are attending.
