You are welcome to our weekly Free Meditation Classes in Box Hill. Every Friday at 7.30pm in The Box Hill South Neighbourhood House 47 Kitchener Street, Box Hill South.
Starting on 5 February. No sessions are held during school holidays.
Learn simple and effective ways to help experience the peace of true meditation. Balance your subtle system to deepen your meditation; watch a short video with simple and practical explanations by Sahaja Yoga founder, Shri Mataji.
No physical exercises, postures or special clothing required, chairs are provided.
