Join us for a medium-paced social ride to Nudgee Beach with coffee stop on the way back at Wooloowin.

**Cost**: $2.00

**Ride Depart at**: **6.30 am** from Captain Burke Park, corner of Holman and Main Streets.

**Distance**: 55+km.

**Ride Pace**: 23-26+kph adjusted for terrain, the impact of any wind and the ability of the group. We will stop to re-group as needed, no one gets left behind.

**Terrain**: Mostly flat. A mixture of bike paths, shared paths, back streets and busy road sections.

**Suited**: Experienced and fitter riders who can maintain a ride pace of 25+kph on flat sections.

**Bike**: A road bike is recommended. Hybrid/mountain/legal ebikes are all suitable.

**Bring**:

**RSVP**: It is important to rsvp to the event and adjust your rsvp as soon as possible if you can't attend.

**Proposed Route**: We will head out over the Story Bridge, using back streets through New Farm, Teneriffe, Newstead and follow the Kingsford Smith Bikeway to Hamilton, then along Nudgee Road to Nundah to connect to the Jim Soorley Bikeway and Gateway North Bikeway to Nudgee Beach. The return journey will be along Jim Soorley Bikeway to Kalinga Park, using back streets to Wooloowin where we will stop for coffee before returning via North Brisbane Bikeway, Roma Street Parkland, South Bank back to Captain Burke Park.

**Cancellation**: Ride may be cancelled due to unfavourable weather or unforeseen reasons. Please always check in prior to coming to an event for any last-minute updates.
