Please submit suggestions below for Xmas event. DO NOT RSVP to this event.

Any suggestions must comply with all (or almost all) of the below requirements :-

1\. Venue must be able to cater for 100 people just from our group\, and can be shared area or private but needs to be near where the band/music is playing\. Prefer to have our own designated area\.
2\. Must be available on Sat 30th Nov or Sat 14th Dec or Sat 21st Dec\.
3\. Decent band already playing at that venue already so that our group doesn't have a cost for the music
4\. Must have good food at reasonable prices
5\. No cost to members

Any tentative bookings made need to be done by either Sharon or James

Please do not comment about any of the suggestions, but feel free to LIKE a suggestion that has bene posted and these will be taken into consideration.

Sharon and James will review all suggestions to determine date and venue. Hopefully this can be finalised with a week or so and an actual event will be created.
