Hosted by the CT Soulful Therapists: Connection & Renewal Meetup Group, this in-person gathering is created exclusively for licensed healthcare providers from all fields and workplaces, who seek connection, empowerment, and a shared space for spirituality and renewal among peers.

What to Expect:

• Opening the Circle & Setting Intentions
  We’ll begin by opening the circle, sharing the purpose of our group, and setting our intentions together. This group offers a safe, welcoming environment to explore spirituality and personal growth with fellow healthcare professionals.
• Introductions & Community Building
  As we introduce ourselves, we’ll share what each of us hopes to co-create in this space. This is a time to connect with like-minded professionals, discover shared values, and establish a foundation of trust and support.
• Healing Meditation
  To center ourselves, we’ll enjoy a guided meditation—an invitation to step away from our demanding roles and focus on our own inner well-being.
• Meaningful Conversation
  Following the meditation, we’ll dive into an open discussion around self-care, spirituality, and mental wellness. Together, we’ll explore how to navigate challenges unique to our roles as licensed providers, sharing insights on resilience and community support.
• Closing Meditation
  We’ll conclude with a closing meditation, sealing our time together with gratitude and a sense of renewal.
