What we’re about
The Space Coast Adventurer's Guild is an inclusive community organization that seeks to unite people along the Space Coast of Florida to play, learn and find groups for D&D and all TTTPGs!
The Guild also aims to build up and connect our geek community here in Brevard. Whether it's through games, community gatherings, giving back to our community or just by making some new friends!
Rules:
1.) Don't be a jerk.
Don’t be a jerk, call people names, bully, use slurs (racial, ethnic, sexual, gender identity, sexual orientation, people with physical or mental disabilities, neurodivergent or any other type). We do not tolerate intolerance here.
2.) Report to us- don't fight.
PLEASE report content which violates our rules, and don't fight with jerks! Someone being a jerk first is not a free pass. You can PM us if needed.
3.) Promotion of Inclusivity in TTPRGs.
You are welcome here regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender, orientation, disability, identity, age, or anything else. Dismissal of the need for inclusivity is not appropriate conduct.
4.) Zero Tolerance Topics
Discrimination or slurs, including calling trans folks "traps", rape jokes, doxxing or digging into people's profiles, blocking mods or admins. Violators will be banned without question.
5.) IRL religion & politics have no place here.
6.) Posts
Make sure your events and posts are appropriate and relevant! You may post looking for group posts at any time, or go to our other social media sites (Discord, the FB group) to cross-post.
Feel free to suggest community gathering ideas, or fill out our group feedback survey to suggest any systems you would like to see as events.

ABOUT THE ADVENTURE
After the events of Escape From Mos Shuuta, the Player Characters have escaped from Teemo’s palace on board the Krayt Fang, but the outstanding obligation they owe him is still far from paid. While their adventures take them to new worlds on which they face new enemies and meet new allies, Teemo’s influence reaches further still.
It is only a matter of time before Teemo pulls the PCs back in and calls all debts due. Will they ever truly be able to crawl out from under his dark shadow?
ABOUT THE SYSTEM
The core mechanic of Edge of the Empire is the skill check, which utilizes a pool of custom dice. No matter what task you undertake, you’ll roll a pool of “positive” and “negative” dice and compare their results. If your successes outnumber your failures, your character succeeds, but even successes may be loaded with myriad dramatic possibilities.
Edge of the Empire adds to the narrative impact of your skill checks with the addition of “advantage” and “threat” results. Your character may successfully repair the transfer circuits in his ship just in time for a dramatic jump to light-speed only to come out of hyperspace in the middle of an asteroid field. He may take a wrong turn into a dead-end alley while trying to outrun a pair of Gamorrean mercenaries but discover that the Gamorrean’s are susceptible to bribes. No matter the situation, your skill checks do more than just resolve a single action; they help drive the story forward!
