Monday Meditation

This gathering is to learn how to be still and listen to the guidance within. Through the art of meditation you will become a more balanced and peaceful human being.

Reverend Carla uses guided meditations to enlighten. Each week a different meditation is used. Weekly meditations do help to get through your week and the circumstances we are in at this time.
