This payment is non-refundable. It will only be refunded in the event of a cancellation or a movement of date due to Covid restrictions. This will be a hard but rewarding hike on one of the most popular routes in the country.
11 miles, 15 peaks and around 3,000 ft of elevation.
The 'End 2 End' walk on the Malvern Hills is consistently voted in the top 10 walks in the country by walking magazines.
The Malvern Hills are almost in a straight line-ish, so you have great views of Herefordshire, Wales, Black Mountains etc on one side and on the other side you have great views of the Cotswolds and the Severn Valley.
None of this escaped our ancient ancestors. Add in the mix 47 natural fresh water springs to be found in and around the Malvern Hills
and you will start to understand why this place was so sacred in our Bronze/Iron Age past. Infact we will walk over and explore British Camp & Midsummer Hill, two of the most impressive Iron Age Hillforts in the country. Please only come on this walk if you are a decent level of fitness and can sustain almost constant descending/ascending for five hours.
We will have a break at the cafe/kiosk at British Camp, there are toilets here also. We will also stop for a break at Wyche Cutting.
Bring snacks and water to sustain you through the hike.
