We get together on the 3rd Monday of the month to organise different activities, if you come along you could make a suggestion of where we could go next. within the meeting we discuss where our "Saturday outing" will go, Our next place for "Coffee Catch up" or what movie we should watch. we talk about mental health and ways to improve it.

we are just starting to do some fundraising, previously we have done the Bunnings BBQ and attended the Wickham Park Markets on the corner of Albert Street and Maitland Road where we have sold flowers, clothes, bric-a-brac and puzzles. we do this market to promote the group and to start the conversation about mental health. we have a lovely bright tee shirt that says "Newcastle Mental Health Support Group"
