SUNSET YOGA. ROUGHTON PARK MUSGRAVE ST KIRRA

Bring your mat, your water bottle and $8, ( cash only), for a beautiful hour of Sunset Yoga on the green in Roughton Park Kirra, just opposite the bottom of Lord St. Suitable for all ages, mums, bubs, puppy dogs & seniors welcome . Everyone from first timers to more seasoned Yogi's will be supported. This will be a regular event every Tuesday at 4pm. Your host Melissa is a qualified Yoga, Meditation & Breath Work Practitioner, passionate about sharing the many benefits of this holistic practise & bringing members of her local community together. Lets have some fun, get healthy & maybe even spot a whale or 2, whilst moving under our amazing Gold Coast skies.
