What we’re about
Swindon Makerspace is a community of people who like to make things, centred around the Makerspace at Cheney Manor.
We have facilities for woodworking, metalworking, sewing, fabric printing, electronics, 3D printing, laser cutting, injection molding, spray painting, molding, CNC fabrication, retro computing and much more.
We have regular events and social nights at our 24x7, 1200 square foot workshop and participate in other events across Wiltshire and beyond.

See all- Wednesday Open Evening and SocialSwindon Makerspace, Swindon
Every Wednesday evening is our social night. Members and non members are welcome to join us to find out about the Swindon Makerspace, see what others are working on and generally socialise with like minded individuals.
This is our busiest night with loads of regular members (not all on meetup) and are always open to show new people around as we show off their projects or some of the equipment we have here at the space.
Got a question ask us here or come along and ask in person
Sometimes it isn't obvious how to find us inside the BSS house. See our guide here on how to find us
First visit is free, regular attendance requires membership with the Swindon Makerspace, come along and chat with us if you are interested in joining
