Yoga by the Beach: Wollongong

Weather permitting join us for Yoga by the beach, under one of the shady fig trees near St Mary's Star of the Sea College for a bit of easy beginners yoga. Lyn is a qualified yoga teacher and will talk us through a basic sequence.

DISCLAIMER: Event is weather dependant and will be cancelled the morning of, if conditions do not suit.

You will need a yoga mat, towel, water, sunscreen and hat.

Agenda:
9am - meet at under tree, between St Mary's & Levendi
Set up somewhere cool under a tree - check our page on the day
10:15am - finish up, go for coffee. Longboard cafe
