Stride & strength running session
Looking to start or get back into running? Join a free weekly bootcamp session, that will cover both running and strength training. Building strength is critical to prevent injury from running, SSR's sessions will aim to provide you with the information and support you need to start running safely.
The session will be broken up in sections below, and will be modifiable to suit all levels.
- 3-5km flat group run
- Hill run
- Strength training with kettlebells
