Details

MOST IMPORTANT

1/YOU NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE ON WATER AND FOR SAFETY REASONS BE ABLE TO SWIM OR FLOAT
2/YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND AND BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AS YOU WILL BE INTRODUCED TO A WHOLE NEW VOCABULARY OF WORDS AND WHEN HEARD AFTYER LEARNING BE ABLE TO REACT QUICKLY TO THEM

Each Sunday I run training days to find ONGOING CREW I'm looking for people LATE TEENS THROUGH TO LATE 30S who are looking for a fun competitive sport. Unfortunately I need to make decisions on what is best for my boat as I only carry when racing a crew of 4 BEING fit and agile are very important you need to be able to move around a small yacht when heeling as much as 30 degrees Quickly and be ready to sit after tacking with your legs over the rail My yacht wins in most seasons and I'm extremely competitive we DO not carry crew who just sit on the rail must be willing to work as a team
