* Duration: 1-2 hours

【Itinerary】
Once a secret and secluded waterfall and swimming hole, the Trough Waterfall (or Secret Woy Woy Waterfall Pool) has now become a Central Coast Instagram hotspot, and it’s no longer a particularly secret spot. It’s still a unique and picturesque infinity pool, with the large trough at the base of the waterfall being a popular spot for a swim – and a photo!
The Kariong Brook Falls is formed by Kariong Brook cascading over multiple rock ledges and into a deep pool. The pool is surrounded by more rock ledges and set in a rainforest-like environment and framed by tall trees. It’s a popular swimming spot in summer (but never too busy, as getting to the falls involves a decent bushwalk). The pool is shaded for most of the day, so expect a chilly swim!

We will meet at Tunnel Firetrail, Woy Woy Road Walk at 9:30. We will do Secret Woy Woy Waterfall Pool walk first, then Kariong Brook Falls walk.
Swimming is optional.

$5.00 gratuity, cash will be collected on the day.

【Carpooling】:
To be environment-friendly and cost-effectively, we help with carpooling. You can join the carpooling group as either a driver or a rider. Around return 150km, recommended riders pay around $15 to the drivers to cover fuel, parking and other costs.

【What to bring?】:
Sufficient water (1L min);
Sunscreen;
A hat and a hiking backpack;
Good hiking shoes;
Bring your swimwear if you'd like to be in the pools.
