What we’re about

These taiji meetups are for everyone, beginners, long time practitioners and the curious. We practice standing meditation(Chan), energy work(qigong) and forms of taiji (a short and long form). Based on 4,000 years of scientific study, these techniques & forms assist the body into renewal & can bring health and wellness, mentally, physically, emotionally as well as spiritually back in our lives. We are flowers in the garden, not annuals but perennials that constantly renew, no matter what the season. These meetups hopefully will remind us of that powerful fact.
