We teach simple, practical yoga lifestyle techniques that help with physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The yoga lifestyle can benefit the health of people of all ages and all levels of fitness. If you can't do the physical yoga please consider that the yoga breathing techniques, yoga relaxation and yoga meditation techniques can be done sitting comfortably on a chair and they can help you let go of both physical and mental tension and bring a level of peace and calm.

The yoga lifestyle is described as like a tree laden with fruit. If you want to bring comfort to the body pick the fruit off the yoga tree that relates to looking after the body, eat a little bit healthier, try some yoga hygiene techniques and/or yoga asanas (stretches) or just do the yoga breathing to relax the body. If you want to understand the mind and deal with stress and anxiety better, pick the fruit off the tree that teaches the yoga breathing, relaxation and yoga meditation techniques. If you want to understand who you truly are, your spiritual essence and how to apply that understanding to your daily life, pick that fruit (yoga wisdom) off the tree.
