Anomalous Experiences: MoCo Psychedelic Society's November Open MeetUp

Have you ever had a weird experience with psychedelics, an occurrence that seems at odds with the consensus understanding of how reality is supposed to work?

Are you open to learning about the types of anomalous experiences that other psychedelic journeyers have encountered?

Have you, perhaps, already concluded that such experiences are impossible?

The topic of our November public meetup is "Anomalous Experiences with Psychedelics" and, however you answered the above questions, we hope you'll join us!

The presentation, led by MCPS member Brian L, will be an exploration of the types of strange experiences that people have reported stemming from altered states of consciousness, including:

Psychic experiences such as telepathy, clairvoyance, and precognition
Encounters with non-human beings
Communication with the dead
Out-of-body experiences
Awareness of other dimensions or universes
Mystical experiences
Past-life memories

Bring your own experiences to share or questions to pose, as there will be time for discussion during and after the presentation. We'll bring the tea and light snacks. This event is open to the public and free of charge.

Meeting Room 1 is on the ground level of the Rockville Memorial Library, just inside the southern entrance. The library is walking distance from the Rockville red-line station, and the nearby parking ramps offer 2 free hours of usage on Sundays.
