We will focus on topics such as- Passive Income, Cashflow, Self Directed IRA Investing, Setup your LLC, Analyze a deal, The Numbers, Real Estate Syndication and similar topics. I started this group to bring like minded people together to network and help each out grow our real estate investing business.
This group is designed to be a Mastermind for current and prospective investors in multifamily properties to meet and exchange ideas. The focus will be on how to acquire properties, ownership and profitable exit strategies that enable the investor to achieve financial independence. We view Investing in Rentals as a business and we use proven business principles to acquire, manage and grow the property portfolio. Our focus will be: a) education in order to make well informed investment decisions, b) collaboration with other knowledgeable investors, and c) networking with those who can enable you to successfully execute your plan. We focus on minimizing risk in apartment investing. We will invite experienced practitioners to discuss their approach to using multifamily properties to achieve their financial goals. We have extensive experience in multiple areas of real estate investing, from investing to brokerage. We have expertise evaluating properties for acquisition, management, evaluating market positions, exit strategies, and marketing properties.
