【 Preferred attendance 】
・Inside the 19 - 40 year old age group
・Have -at least- the basic ability of the language they intend to learn ( that is, BOTH English AND Japanese )

Cancellation within 8 hours before event start time gets you a "No Show" record on your profile. Profiles with 3 recent "No Shows" or more will be given a lower priority, and in extreme cases, might get swapped with new members that have not had the privilege of attending the event.

Note: Please prepare a $5 contribution fee to the event ( this event is not-for-profit, money that gets collected will be used to provide snacks for attendees )
