Every Case of the Mondays is a different route. Come on out and and try not to die.
Route will be determined by attendees (specifically their skill levels will influence where your host will lead you) at ride time.
Please note this is intended for "early intermediate" riders - What does that mean? It means:
- you are comfortable and confident on your bike
- your fitness level is such that taking only 4 or 5 total stops during 1.5hr ride session is "OK" (pace will not be intense and will at times be such that conversation will (im very chatty) occur but it will be persistent and continual riding for periods of 10-20min +/-)
- you can make good judgements about your own skill level and capabilities
Note the time and meet up location - we will meet at gravel lot.

Keep safe distances please! During our initial grouping before the ride, please space out the recommended 6+' and/or wear a mask. During the ride, space out from the rider in front of you.
Meet time: 5:00 pm
PEDALS DOWN Ride time: 5:10 pm
Distance: 7-15 miles (its usually between 7 and 9 miles)
Location: Carolina North Forest Municipal Drive gravel parking area.
Parking: Meet on the AIRPORT side of CNF. The address given is for the Carolina North Land and Management Office. When GPS says you have reached your destination, keep going past the office onto the dirt road. Parking is to the right about 1/4 mile down the road.
