Join us for an in-person Women's Winter Healing Circle, a 2 hour sacred gathering where we will connect deeply with ourselves, each other, and the natural rhythms of the changing season. This event is designed for women who are ready to align with the energy of winter —releasing what no longer serves them, resting, and journeying within. Through mindfulness practices, breathwork, journaling, and ritual, we will create a powerful space of collective energy, supporting each other in healing and renewal.

As the season transitions, this healing circle invites you to slow down, and let go of what has been weighing you down. By the end, you’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more in tune with your inner wisdom.

AGENDA

  • Opening & Intention Setting: Facilitators Carol and Naina will guide us in setting intentions for the healing circle.
  • Collective Altar & Story Sharing: Add a personal item to our shared altar, symbolizing your journey. Each participant will also draw an oracle card to inspire reflection.
  • Guided Meditation for Release: A transformative meditation to help you release burdens and patterns that no longer serve, through gentle guided visualization.
  • Journaling & Self-Inquiry: After meditation, we’ll journal and explore insights in a personal, sacred space, connecting with our inner wisdom.
  • Sharing Circle & Connection Ritual: Our circle honors the power of sharing and listening in community. Here, stories and experiences are voiced, fostering support, connection, and collective healing—whether sharing or simply listening, you’ll feel held by the group.

PREPARING FOR THE EVENT
To ensure that you are comfortable and can fully embrace the experience of this healing circle, here are a few ways you can prepare:

  • Dress Comfortably : We recommend dressing in light layers so that you can feel comfortable during the various mindfulness practices we conduct. Comfort is queen, so ensure you are dressed in clothing that will allow you to sit cross-legged and allow movement.
  • Bring a Journal & Pen: There will be time for guided journaling, so come prepared with a journal and pen to capture your thoughts and insights.
  • Bring a Meaningful Item: Each participant is invited to bring an object that holds personal significance to place on our collective altar. This could be something that represents your journey, your intentions, or what you’re ready to release. You’ll take this item back home at the end of the event.
  • Arrive with an Open Mind & Heart: This is a space for healing, connection, and self-reflection. Arrive ready to engage with yourself and others in a safe, supportive environment.
  • Hydration & Snacks: While light snacks and water will be provided, feel free to bring your own water bottle and small snacks to keep yourself nourished throughout the event.
  • Leave Your Phone in Your Bag: To foster presence and connection, we encourage participants to minimize distractions by keeping phones away during the event.

We look forward to connecting with you in person for this healing circle!
