Join us for a refreshing experience with our introductory Ice Bathing workshop, in partnership with Templeshape, where you'll discover the countless benefits of cold plunging for your health and well-being!
After the workshop, you can optionally warm yourself back up with a coffee in a cozy café near the Studio.
Breathe.
In this hour-and-a-half workshop, a qualified instructor will explain you the numerous benefits of ice bathing and teach you tummo-breathing techniques to gain control over your body and mind. You will then have a chance to practice the learnings in the ice bath for up to five minutes, while supervised by the instructor. At the end of the workshop, you'll receive a license for independent ice bathing at the studio, allowing you to continue your journey with cold exposure on your own terms
Ice bathing offers many benefits, including strengthening the immune system, improving blood circulation, enhancing mental clarity, reducing inflammation, and promoting better sleep, among others. Additionally, you'll learn about tummo breathing, a technique that helps you manage your body's response to cold. This breathing method not only prepares you mentally for the cold plunge but also enhances your ability to control your body's temperature and stress response. By mastering tummo breathing, you can experience a more profound and beneficial ice bathing session.

We'll start with a 45-minute Vinyasa flow to get your body moving, followed by 15 minutes of calming Yin yoga to relax and restore. Vinyasa helps synchronize breath with movement, building strength and flexibility, while Yin focuses on deep stretches and mindfulness to release tension in the muscles and joints.Yoga is not only a great physical workout but also the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. It’s scientifically proven to reduce stress, calm the mind, and improve sleep quality, making it an ideal post-work ritual for anyone looking to reset and recharge.

Three Points Gym is a state-of-the-art sports facility located in the vibrant Stettbach area of Zurich. This newly built sporthalle (sports hall) offers top-notch amenities for various indoor sports, including our volleyball sessions.Situated close to the iconic Three Point towers, the center is easily accessible via public transport. You can get there conveniently by taking tram 7 to the Stettbach stop, making it an ideal location for after-work sports activities.

Want to start off your Sunday on the right foot? Join us for an easy Social run followed by a well-deserved brunch at a different location every time.
RSVP is only required if you plan to attend the brunch, otherwise you can just join us for the social run for free!
Zone 2 Comfort
The run will be a one-hour route along Lake Zurich, and we will split in two groups running at different paces. The first group will run at a pace of 5:30' for about 11km, the second group at 6:30' for about 9km. You can decide to join any of the two groups based on your preference on that day, we will all meet together at the restaurant for a shared Brunch at the end.The meeting point is going to be at the restaurant, so you can leave any extra bags there if it's already open.
Brunch
We will start and finish the run at the restaurant, where a rich brunch will be waiting for us. The locations we choose always offer vast weekend brunch menus, including vegetarian and vegan friendly options. All food and drinks are at your own expense to give you the flexibility of picking the brunch option you prefer.The brunch location changes every time.
