Hi! I’m Ellen, a Yoga and Qigong teacher in Tunbridge Wells, currently teaching in Southborough and Rusthall.

I teach Gentle Hatha yoga, offering classes with a combination of breath-work, gentle movement, relaxation, and longer held restorative or yin yoga poses. Occasionally I also incorporate Qigong (a really interesting and powerful, yet lesser known movement practice, rooted in traditional Chinese medicine principles) into my yoga classes. In addition to my regular classes, I offer ad hoc Yoga and Qigong workshops. My classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners.

I create a relaxing environment where students can unwind, reconnect with their bodies, and calm their minds. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or feeling unfit or inflexible—everyone is welcome!
