Join me for a high intensity interval training (HIIT) bootcamp under my carport. RAIN or SHINE! The workout will be about 35-45 minutes long. (BRING YOGA MAT and WATER)

This is NOT for people with health issues, joint or balance issues. We will be doing full body workouts using weights, sandbags, elastic bands along with squats, lunges, core exercises, planks, battling ropes, TRX bands, BOSU and much more.

RSVP now and let’s get moving. I’m in need of getting my fitness back on track and nothing motivates me more than others who can KICK MY BUTT. 😂🤣😂

You are responsible for bringing a yoga mat, water and a towel of needed.
