Users experience a range of emotions when interacting with every digital experience. Whether they’re navigating a meal-ordering app, managing finances, or exploring new services, emotions play a central role in decision-making and user satisfaction.
In this talk, I’ll uncover the emotional landscape of users which will help designers craft experiences that are not only intuitive but memorable. I’ll also share practical techniques to design for emotional impact and interactions that connect with users on a deeper level and foster trust.
About Mayokun
Mayokun Ogungbola is a product designer at Just Eat Takeaway who excels at crafting solutions that prioritise human connection and empathy. Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, she specialises in creating solutions for financial products, bringing a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to her work.
Outside of work, she mentors junior designers, especially women transitioning into the design industry. She also creates engaging lifestyle and travel content, sharing her insights and experiences.
