To join our meet-ups, a SW-24 membership will be purchased per member.

Membership fee per person is £10.
No cash membership payments are accepted.
Valid until 31 January 2025.
Non-transferable.

NEW Trial Meet-up
So you have been considering paying for membership, and wondering if the group may be a right fit for you?
You can now attend 1 trial meet-up meeting for £5. This allows you to check out our group and see if it is the right fit for you before becoming a full member. Once you have attended your trial event at £5 and you would like to join more of our meet-ups you can become a full member and pay the difference of £5 within 7 days of attending the event.
Paid members can also bring a guest at the trial rate.
Anyone attending our events will need to be already in the group
Note: The ticket cost for external events such as this event, and other shows, dances, and meals will have relevant fees over and above any membership fee.

FIND US AT THE VENUE: Your event host will post in the event's comments section in our meet-up group on arrival at the venue. Those familiar with group members, do keep a lookout for us on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
There are no refunds unless someone takes your place and you transfer your ticket - it is your responsibility to find a replacement person who will already be, or prepared to become a SW-24 member.
We know, things happen, no matter if you change your mind or life gets in the way. All we ask is that, for any reason you are unable to attend you amend your RSVP ASAP so we know not to expect you. Your generous act of updating your RSVP will make way for another person to meet up and make connections.
