Usually, we gather from 10.00 to 10.15 to start the walk at 10.30 from the Meeting Place and are circular unless otherwise indicated.Note:
Walking boots, waterproofs and a packed lunch are required.
We do not allow dogs as we go through many farmer's fields with livestock.
As well as the Meetup members shown we also have members of BSW and CHA making a group of 6 to 16Fees
New membership for 2024 is £10 or £18 for a couple for 100's of walks with any of our 6 mid-week groups. For anyone who is not an annual member, we ask for a £1 donation toward our admin and insurance costs.Please pay the Walk leader on the day.

The walk
Sue and Susan are leading this circular of approximately 3.5 miles.
There is 1 set of steps, and the rest is quite easy.
No stiles.All walks are approx 3 to 4 miles. Please bring a packed lunch. All buses and trains are from Bradford Interchange unless otherwise stated. Please ring the walk leader in inclement weather to check if the walk is going ahead. Occasionally a different walk may have to be arranged and bus details changed at short notice. If you are going direct to the start please ring John the previous evening to confirm that the walk is still as published. Please note. Bus times and departure stands are subject to change at short notice, so CHECK BUS STATION DEPARTURE BOARDS.

Midweek Wayfarers Arnside Holiday 2025
Please click RSVP/Attend/Submit on Meetup to indicate if you wish to be put on the list of potential participants for 2025 to guide us on how many people are interested.
The holiday in Arnside commences on Saturday 4th October 2025. It is for a week.
You need your own transport to get there - by car or easily by train. Lift sharing can be arranged once it is known who is going and from where.
The price is £445 per person fully inclusive and includes, bed, breakfast, evening meal and a packed lunch. There is no single supplement.
The food is excellent, wholesome, and everything you need after a day's activities.
The breakfast is full English, or less if you want, and sets you up for the day.
