Furnace Run Hike & Holiday Party

Whynot come out and join the Whynot's for our annual Holiday Party!
We have rented the beautiful rustic Brushwood Pavilion.

After the Hike at Furnace Run in Richfield, we will have our Holiday Party at the Brushwood pavilion. The cost for the pavilion rental is $325.00 which will be divided up by the number of attendees.
Food will be provided by a catered. Cost to attend: $25.00

We are happy to see that so many of you have already signed up for the Christmas Party. We can accommodate a total of 60 people. The: food will be catered by "Augies". The meal will consist of Fried Chicken, Rigatoni with Red sauce & meat balls, Pizza & salad and a holiday cake for dessert.

We must submit to the caterer the exact number of meals to be ordered on November 28. Therefore, we must receive your payment by that date in order to reserve a spot for you.

The cost is $25.00 (this is for the meal and the building rental) to be paid by check made payable to (Dana Kalchoff).
We prefer that you bring your check next Sunday.

Everyone on the going list will be email my address to send the check too.

If mailing your payment, please send ASAP to guarantee arrival by November 28. Because we have to pay the caterer for the number of meals ordered, we cannot make a reservation for anyone whose payment is not received by Nov. 28. and cannot provide a refund if you make a reservation but later cancel.

The cost is based upon 60 in attendance. If we have fewer than 60, we will have to ask for additional money to cover the $325 building rental. (Unless you decide to supplement this out of the general fund.)

We know the party will help get all of us in the holiday spirit and we look forward to seeing you there!

Games and food and a cozy fireplace, all overlooking Brushwood Lake.
Bring a table holiday decoration to spice up the place. There will be a contest for best piece. Please note several restrictions set by Summit

Metroparks:
No posters, nails staples, etc. No balloons or confetti. No alcohol or smoking. No pets.
There is a fireplace, a microwave, refrigerator, sink, 55 cup coffee urn, and a couch and chairs by the fireplace.
Hot Chocolate and Cider will be provided for free.
Clean up at end, like we found the place.
