In life are you the one who admires and watches someone else or are you the one who gets admired and watched? When you enter a dance social event are you the one who waits for others to start dancing or are you the one who starts dancing first? Are you ever in situations where part of you so much wants to dance but part of you is scared of feeling embarrassment from dancing? You are not alone!

Consider this FEEL Dance group as more of the support group for those who feel shy about dancing but really would like to feel less shy about dancing. I call it FEEL Dance because we make sure to address the underlying feelings that would make one too shy to dance. I call it FEEL Dance because I teach ways to feel out the music first before worrying abut how to dance to the music. Because once you start to FEEL out the music a special kind of magic starts to happen where the music starts moving your body and you enter the zone of a natural dancer.

There are plenty of meetup groups available that organize gatherings at a particular dance venue or offer a specific kind of dance lesson. But do you ever get shy about joining a meetup dance group in the first place? Or do you join the dance group but eventually get too scared to actually show up for a dance event? Or do you manage to show up to the dance event but are too scared to actually dance?

FEEL Dance provides fundamental body movements and emotional support to organically awaken your natural dance ability. FEEL Dance weaves in motivational messaging and EFT related techniques to support you in feeling more and more confident about dancing.

In social dance events you become the life of the party not because of your dance technique or moves but because you will look and feel so natural dancing. For those already taking some formal dance training FEEL Dance breaths more life and naturalness into your dance.
