Get Hike fit - Kokoda Track Kings Park

Great opportunity to get fit for hiking. The very best in town prep you can do for hiking. If your not hiking, this will get you fit.

No boot camp just walking for one hour, but up and down the Kokoda Track in Kings Park.

Up and down as many times as you want in the hour. Everyone is going at their own pace so you don't have to worry about your fitness level, everyone is welcome.

Keep this up for a month or two and your fitness will be significantly improved.

Meet at the top of the Kokoda Track Kings Park for a 17:00 start.

Early birds are welcome to start when ever it suits them.
