UPDATED HIKE INCLUDING ENTRY VIA KUREELPA FALLS RD.
**Meet at 7am for a 7.15am start**A creek crossing at the start and end so come prepared for shallow crossing with or without shoes. Walking poles may be a good idea too!

A 7.4km hike in the Mapleton National Park, through eucalyptus forests with abundant birdlife and water from the South Maroochy River cascading over bouldersbefore falling 30m into a hidden gorge.

Bring togs a for a swim before or after we do the hike or enjoy sitting and looking out over the gorge.

Details: It is recommended doing the circuit clockwise and visiting the falls at the end of your hike.
Take a towel and swimming gear for a refreshing dip in or above the falls. The circuit is
predominantly uphill sections in the southern half and downhill in the northern half.

Follow Kureelpa Falls Road to the end.
