  • You're looking for a way to move your body and spend more time in nature
  • You want to unwind and connect with like-minded others

Events
We will meet in a local park (see event description for exact location) for 1-hour sessions which will include:

  • Yoga Slow Flow: A relaxed, easy-paced yoga session designed for all levels. This flow helps improve flexibility, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.
  • Guided Meditation: A soothing meditation to quiet the mind and deepen your relaxation.
  • Community Connection: An opportunity to stay and connect with fellow participants. Perhaps wander to a nearby cafe for a coffee...!

Cost
Our sessions are free or by donation β€” whatever works for you. No pressure to contribute; we just want to make this space accessible to everyone. Donations help us keep the group going and available to all who need it.

What to bring
No fancy yoga clothes or spiritual vibe required β€” Just bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water and leave feeling more relaxed and grounded.

Whether you're looking for a way to move your body, ease stress, or simply connect with others in a laid-back, no-judgment environment, we’d love to have you join us.
