Join in on a 30 minute Sound Healing journey every Tuesday!
We will be in a comfortable position of your choice. I recommend lying down with bolsters/blankets or sitting. Then, you let me do all the work while you relax for 30 minutes!
The bowls used are Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls, they give off a frequency that is calming and relaxing to our minds and bodies - 432 Hz. There are several benefits to Sound Healing. :)
