This is the perfect opportunity to get an attitude adjustment by laughing and breathing for the health of it!
Happy, sad or anywhere in between, this is a fun and easy aerobic exercise that can be done seated, standing or laying down!
Each Wednesday morning from 9:30-10 (eastern) we get our giggle on! Our bodies and brain create the healing hormones when we laugh - even if we are faking our laughter! If you think you are starting out as a faker, don't worry, soon your laughter will become genuine!
